Case Study - Meta Dram

Meta Dram was created to modernise whisky ownership through a platform built around transparency, traceability and tokenised real-world assets. The public proposition combined whisky releases, member accounts, portfolio access and a roadmap toward marketplace trading, with blockchain as infrastructure behind ownership verification rather than a headline gimmick.

My role covered product leadership, technical direction, platform thinking and development delivery. I worked across the website build, platform structure, customer journeys and a digital experience that could make a technically complex offer feel understandable, premium and commercially viable.

The challenge was that the proposition sits across whisky, e-commerce, blockchain infrastructure, traceability, tokenised ownership and future resale mechanics. The job was not just to build pages, but to create a platform that gave customers confidence in what they were buying, how ownership worked and why the model mattered.

I helped shape how releases were presented, how educational content supported the offer, how registration and account access should work, and how the platform should communicate ownership, storage, future bottling and eventual tradability. My role has ended.
