Step by step - From first call to launch
Here is how I work with clients, from the first conversation through to handover.

Discovery call
We start with a free 30-minute chat. I want to understand what you need, where you are now, and what is getting in the way. No pressure and no jargon. By the end we both know whether it makes sense to work together.

Proposal
If we move forward, I put together a proposal I can walk you through in detail. Scope, deliverables, timeline and cost sit in one place so there are no surprises. You see what you are getting and why each part matters.

Agreement
After we discuss the proposal, we agree milestones, targets and a start date. Everything is written down so we are aligned from day one on scope and expectations.

Build
Then I get on with the build. You get regular updates and a clear way to give feedback. I do not disappear for weeks. Contact stays built into the work, at a pace that suits the project.

Launch and support
When the work is ready I handle deployment, final checks and handover. If you want ongoing help with updates and iteration after launch, we can agree that separately. Plenty of clients stay in touch after the first project.
